What is Glutamate?

Monosodium glutamate, also called sodium glutamate, mono sodium glutamate, GMS, MSG or E621 is a food additive used as a flavour enhancer.

Look at the labels:

If you see ‘E621’ in the list of ingredients, avoid buying the product ...In general, avoid all glutamates: E620, E621, E622, E623, E624 and E625.
