Raw Chocolate Psyllium Cake

No baking required and perfect for when you’re in a hurry, this cake is packed with nutrient-dense ingredients and is incredibly easy to make - a one-bowl wonder (less washing up is always a win!). Psyllium and charcoal aid digestion and transit (check out my last post for more tips on this), helping to combat issues often associated with raw recipes.
